COVID-19 SAFETY PROTOCOLS:
FACE MASK OPTIONAL
Extra Infection Control Precautions In Place
As always, our operating protocols go above and beyond what the state & federal agencies mandate. We are doing everything we can to ensure the health and safety of your family, our team, and our community at large, as we care for your children in these unprecedented times.
Here are a few necessary changes we have implemented, such as installing sneeze guards in our check-in/check-out areas and air purifier with HEPA 13 filter in each room and hallway in order to protect every person that comes to our office.
We ask families to reschedule their appointment if anyone in the household is experiencing COVID-like symptoms.
Mask wearing is optional but encouraged. Our staff will continue to wear a mask.
Some of our toys, superhero capes, reading materials, and other hard-to-clean accessory items have been removed so please consider bringing your childβs iPad or favorite toy with them.
If you have an appointment and wish to reschedule, we ask you to notify us at least 48 hours before your appointment time. Our availability is more limited than normal, so this will allow someone elseβs child to receive the care that they need.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our safety guidelines.
Sincerely,
Dr. Kwak and the League City Pediatric Dentistry Team
